This week, the Google Analysis team revealed "structured snippets," which presents an extra way Google draws details from a Website into its search results.
From the announcement:
"Google Web Search for has evolved recently with a host of features powered by the Information Chart and other details sources to provide customers with extremely organized and relevant details. Structured Snippets is a new feature that features details into individual result thoughts in web search."

Google says structured snippets are caused by a cooperation between Google Analysis and the WebTables research teams. The thoughts work by getting details from details platforms on a Website and coupling that with an criteria to help figure out the top quality and importance of which details to show in the small. Up to four items of details could appear, the statement said.

"We use machine learning techniques to differentiate details platforms on the Web from boring platforms, e.g., platforms used for style Websites. We also have extra methods to figure out top quality and importance that we use to show up to four extremely rated details from those details platforms."
The idea of enhanced snippets is not a new concept, and they often add more reasons for customers to just click through to a website (think wealthy small reviews). But with wealthy snippets, for example, website owners are responsible for marking up their webpages to have that details be included.
AJ Kohn of SEO and marketing company Sightless Five Year Old says that "Structured thoughts show Google ongoing emphasis on getting framework and organizations from unstructured material."
He adds, "Google has long been able to recognize and produce thoughts for result pages, forums, and Q&A sites, to name a few. Now, they're going further and attempting to recognize significant platforms of details, and then confirming them via an entity and fact database."
There could be an interesting result due to these new thoughts, however. Just like Google Information Chart "cards" - the results that attempt to answer the question of a browser without having to just click through to a website - these new organized thoughts cause extra concerns for website owners and marketers: Will they decrease click-through rates, will they improve the consumer encounter, or both?
Kohn suggests structured snippets will arrange and enhance Searching experience: "In short, Google knows there's a treasure chest of material that doesn't have specific framework (aka markup), and is making an effort to bring order to that disorder, so it can better serve question intent. That means the top concerns hiding behind a simple question might be answered more quickly than before."
For now, Google says the high company's important points will vary across the results, and is based on the website material. "We are continually enhancing the importance and precision of the important points we recognize and show," the statement said.
